The object of training was to strengthening the effective debate and discussion for the past experience and lessons leant from Marginalized and Minority representing leaders and give ideas of electoral process and expectations of new candidates who had taken serous lessons in this discussion, the one day training was participated over 60 members of civil societies, community stakeholders, women groups youth and members representing the leadership of current federal members states and federal government. the training has impacted both participants and leaders attended as they understand the way to identify the gap and mitigate challenges in electoral rule.
